About Rooted
As more research comes out about the harms of alcohol, many people, including us here at Rooted started looking for viable alternatives. What we've found is that few things equal the calm focus that kava gives, especially when paired with ashwagandha. That's why we set out to create Rooted as the perfect way to relax without a hangover.
Our Story
I founded Rooted in Raleigh, NC in 2023 after discovering the calming benefits of the power duo of kava and ashwagandha. As a person with an autoimmune condition, alcohol doesn't always cut it for me. Sure, it can be fun on a night out once in a while, but it increases my levels of inflammation and leaves me feeling drained. I had tried other kava-based beverages before, but I couldn't find just what I was looking for. I wanted something earthier that not only felt good but was good for me. After trying many different formulas, I finally settled on Rooted as it's sold today. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do here at Rooted.
